HEAT SHRINKABLE
Cable terminations using Heat Shrink Technology can operate under severe environmental conditions for connecting and terminating MV HV cables in both indoor and outdoor applications.
STRAIGHT JOINTS
For Jointing plastic insulated cables for upto 36KV, Raychem offers a system based on heat-shrinkable materials which is fast and simple to install.
COLD SHRINKABLE
Using cold shrink cable terminations reduces the risk of cable jointer error or causing damage to the insulation of the MV-HV cable. The cold shrink tubes have a removable inner support system, which, when pulled out, causes the tube to shrink to its pre-stretched size. The tube wraps the cable perfectly and constantly exerts radial pressure for the lifetime of the joint or termination.

- Plug-in cable termination specified to terminate and connect medium/high voltage cables to MV-HV overhead lines or bus bars to equipment

HIGH VOLTAGE / MEDIUM VOLTAGE TAPE
- HVBT is a heat-shrinkable, adhesive coated tape which provides insulation enhancement and protection against accidentally induced discharge. HVBT tape is designed to combine the integrity of a heat-shrinkable tubing with the versatility of a wraparound product
- HVBT tape offers a simple and effective solution to the problems of retrofit insulation of bus bars particularly where existing equipment cannot be dismantled. It can be used for indoor and outdoor applications and is easily installed over a wide variety of shapes including complex connections
